  • Documentation: Complete DuraCloud software and service documentation as well as helpful guides and related cloud articles and resources.
  • Help Desk: Submit a support request ticket for technical questions or problems. Your ticket will be answered by our staff as soon as possible.

Customer Account Information:

  • Account Inquiry: Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding your DuraCloud subscription or customer account.
  • Cancel Account: Please indicate why you wish to cancel your DuraCloud subscription and customer account along with the date on which you would like your account canceled. Your request will be answered by our staff as soon as possible.

Open Source Community Support:

  • Open Source Development Resources: For members of the DuraCloud open source community, further development resources are available in the DuraCloud software documentation.
