About Us

DuraCloud is a managed service of DuraSpace, a not-for-profit organization that provides technologies and services to help ensure that digital content remains accessible over the long term. DuraSpace is the steward organization for Fedora and DSpace, two leading open source solutions used by University libraries, research centers, and other cultural heritage organizations. DuraSpace serves the creators and stewards of our scholarly, scientific, and cultural heritage, so its technology portfolio inherently addresses the issue of durability of digital content.
